DISPLAY OF MOTORIZED VEHICLES

Batteries must be disconnected.
All propane tanks bust be disconnected and removed.

Fuel in the fuel tank shall not exceed one quarter of the tank capacity or 5 gallons (18.9 L), whichever is less.
Adding or remo
ving fuel on site is prohibited.
All fuel tank openings shall be locked or sealed in an approved manner to prevent escape of vapors.

FORKLIFTS & WASHERS

Spokane Ag Show will provide forklifts and drivers for move-in and move-out of the Convention Center. Crane service will not be available. We will also provide power washers and dryers (at Door 14 & Door 25) to clean equipment before it enters the facility. Other than these specific services, exhibitors are responsible for all move-in and move-out activities.

BOOTH EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN SCHEDULE

MONDAY, FEB 3 —MOVE IN FOR BOOTH EXHIBITORS (10X10 OR SMALLER) 8 AM - 5 PM

 

EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE- FOR SMALL TRUCK LOADING DOOR (GATE 4) 22’0” W opening
Use the Spokane Falls Blvd entrance to the Convention Center and follow the signs.
 

EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE- NORTH ENTRANCE
Use the Spokane Falls Blvd entrance to the Convention Center past the Small Truck Loading Door (Gate 4) and follow the signs to the North Entrance.

 

EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE- DOOR 14—30’0” W x 14’6” H
Use the entrance off Division Street, through the gate and continue to back of facility to the bay door 14.

 

EXHIBITOR ENTRANCE- DOOR 25—18’ 6’’ wide by 20’ tall
Use the entrance off Division Street. Door 25 will be straight ahead.


ALL EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Move-out for all will begin at 2:15 pm on Thursday
 AFTER the show closes and carpets are rolled up. Any exhibitor moving out or vacating an exhibit space prior to the show closing at 2 pm on Thursday will forfeit next year’s priority for space assignments. This requirement not only ensures a complete show for attendees, but it is a safety issue for everyone.

 


Exhibitors that need to drive ANY TYPE of vehicle into the Convention Center at Door 14 or Door 25 must go to the Staging Lot located at 1809 N Division St., Spokane, WA 99207 to get a pass. Those who do not get a pass from the staging lot WILL NOT be allowed to enter the loading docks and will be directed back to the Staging Lot. There are no exceptions. Those exhibitors that do not need to use Door 14 or Door 25 may move out after 2:15 pm once carpets have been rolled up in your area.
